Mattress Care & Rental Terms

Thank you for renting through Sader Sleeps!

Here are some tips for caring for your mattress throughout the year:

• Do not remove the mattress encasement from the mattress, it’s there to protect you from damaging the mattress! If you do, fines of up to $100 could apply.

• If you do happen to spill something on the mattress encasement, attempt to spot clean by dabbing with warm water and soap. If there are any issues with the encasement or mattress, notify us at info@sadersleeps.com. We’ll take care of it ASAP!

Swapping rooms:

• If you are changing rooms throughout the semester, you must notify Sader Sleeps immediately so we can move your bed for you and make sure your room's school mattress gets replaced. Your bed is not permitted to leave your dorm room unless a Sader Sleeps representative approves and facilitates the move.

Leaving campus (medical leave or the end-of the year):

• At the end of the year, simply leave your Sader Sleeps mattress behind in your room. If you are going home early due to medical leave or any other reason, you must notify Sader Sleeps ASAP so we can remove your bed for you in the case that another student will be moving in. At the end of the year, we typically come to pick up your bed the day after the finals period ends. If you need to stay longer, simply email us!
